Referral

WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW REFERRALS FOR 2020,

Please check the suitability of your referral using the referral checklist. If your referral meets our criteria, we will contact you in 24 hours.  

​

If there is capacity and we view the referral as suitable, you will be e-mailed a referral form.. Once received, we’ll be in touch with the parent/care worker and young person with details of our mentoring programme.
